The SEMPRE Empowerment Handbook builds upon three years of cooperative work in the transnational project SEMPRE and provices practical advice and inspiration for everyone who works within social services. The SEMPRE partners have tested a variety of empowerment tools that can be applied when working with service users. The handbook contains descriptions of these tools, examples of their application in the Baltic Sea Region and tips for success.
