16 participants of the integration course from the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein in Husum took part in a workshop to analyse the needs of supporting services for refugees moderated by Mr. Mazen Okasha.
After a short introduction of Project SEMPRE by LEN coordinator Martina Sievertsen and her colleague Tina Zick, the participants gave a detailed overview of their heritage, their previous experiences in Germany and the problems they have to deal with now in their everyday life in a rural part of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
In this workshop the essential needs and wishes of the refugees were worked out and the results were recorded.
The next step is to initiate micro-projects to develop target-oriented services with active involvement of the refugees.
